TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- ONE SUBMISSION PER ENTRY FORM! If you are making multiple submissions, please use a separate entry form for each. Failure to do so may result in an automatic decline of your submission.
- Accepted screening formats are DVD or VHS.
- If you are sending your submission from outside the USA, please mark your submission package "NO COMMERCIAL VALUE - FOR FILM FESTIVAL".
- Films that contain a spoken language other than English should have subtitles in English if the dialogue is pertinent to the plot.
- Submissions received after October 1 of the festival year may automatically be considered for next year's film festival.
- We reserve the right to consider a selection for the next year's film festival if it is not accepted this year.
- If any portion of the entry form is incomplete, and/or if the ENTRY AGREEMENT is not signed in ink, your entry will automatically be declined.
- Entries which are not returned and not considered for this year's film festival may be considered for next year's festival, unless the submittor sends, in writing, no later than October 1 of the next Festival year, written notice of withdrawal from entry in the Film Festival.
- Submitting any film for any reason constitutes your absolute agreement to these terms and conditions.

ENTRY AGREEMENT
AGREEMENT
I am willingly submitting a copy of this film or video project ("Entry") to Blake Hutchison dba The Sansevieria Film and Video Festival (the "Festival") for
consideration to the Festival. In submitting my work, I hereby understand, acknowledge, and agree to be fully bound to the following:
- My Entry is either (a) my own work, and/or (b) work that I have permission to submit to film festivals on another person’s behalf.
- Any copyrighted material contained within my work, including but not limited to recorded music, television programming, and copyrighted printed works, is either (a) under a copyright that is owned by me, (b) part of the public domain, used in compliance with the "Fair Use" policy of the United States Code, and/or (c) copyrighted materials owned by other individual, company or group, which I have secured written permission to use within my production. I understand that in the event of section C of this paragraph, I may be required to furnish proof of permission to use said copyrighted material in my Entry.
- In the event that any portion of my work violates any copyrights, and/or in the event that any portion of my submission is found to plagiarize the works of another individual or group, I agree to save the Festival, as well as all of the Festival's sponsors and affiliates, completely and unconditionally harmless from any liability arising from submission of my Entry, including copyright violation liability arising from the Festival's own negligence in screening my Entry.
- I understand that this is a Competitive film festival, meaning that it is not possible for the Sansevieria Film Festival to accept every entry that is submitted.
- I understand and agree that Submissions will not be returned unless I have provided adequate return packaging and postage.
I understand and agree that making a donation, should I choose to make one, does not have any influential effect over the selection process.
